Joseph Harrison was born on 25 Nov 1778 at near Gloucester Point, Gloucester Co., NJ. He died on 6 Dec 1858 at age 80. He was a grocer. He was a mate on a coasting schooner during the War of 1812. He was an accountant. He resided in 1792 at Philadelphia, PA.
