It is unknown to me at this time exactly when George and Matilda came to the United States, but I plan to do further research to determine this.
Matilda died on 18 Feb 1932 in Butte Township, McLean County, North Dakota. She is buried in the Butte Cemetery in Butte Township. George followed her in death on 24 Feb 1935 in Poplar Township, McLean County, North Dakota. He is buried beside his wife.
