Being of advanced age and knowing I must soon depart from this world I make my last will and testament. 1. My body is to be buried in a decent Christian manner and my soul will return to God as I trust Jesus Christ for eternal salvation. 2. My debts shall be paid. 3. To my son HAWKINS KINCHEN I give one hundred dollars. 4. To my granddaughter LAURA KINCHEN I give one hundred dollars. 3. To my sister SARAH NEWMAN I give a lifetime support from my farm on Big Creek in Pulaski County to be operated by my executor. 4. The remainder of my estate is to remain undivided until the death of my sister SARAH NEWMAN and then divided as follows with one share going to HAWKINS KINCHEN and LAURA KINCHEN together and one share each to ABRAHAM W. NEWMAN, CATHERINE HUNT, NANNIE C. WOOD, GEORGIA DANIELS, SUSAN PARTIN, ALICE F. FRINK. I appoint my daughter NANNIE C. WOOD as executrix. 15 November 1887.
