1. Daniel¹ Fairchild was born in New Milford, CT 26 Sep 1790.⁽⁹³²⁾ Daniel died 1849 in Cass Township, Hancock Co., OH, at age 58.⁽⁹³³⁾

He married Polly Mary Chaffin abt 1815.⁽⁹³⁴⁾ Polly was born 20 Jun 1794 in Acton, Middlesex Co., MA.⁽⁹³⁵⁾ Polly was the daughter of Simon Chaffin and Mercy Sanderson.

Daniel Fairchild and Polly Mary Chaffin had the following children:

2 i. Hall² Fairchild was born abt 1817.⁽⁹³⁶⁾ He married Mrs. (mnu) Day abt 1840.⁽⁹³⁷⁾ Mrs. was born abt 1820.⁽⁹³⁸⁾

3 ii. Acton Fairchild was born abt 1818.⁽⁹³⁹⁾

4 iii. Ann Lucretia Fairchild was born abt 1820.⁽⁹⁴⁰⁾ She married Mr. Bryant Abt 1840.⁽⁹⁴¹⁾ Mr. was born abt 1818.⁽⁹⁴²⁾

5 iv. Caroline Fairchild was born abt 1821.⁽⁹⁴³⁾

6 v. Mary Ann Fairchild was born abt 1822.⁽⁹⁴⁴⁾ She married Mr. Patton abt 1842.⁽⁹⁴⁵⁾ Mr. was born.⁽⁹⁴⁶⁾ (See Mr. Patton for the continuation of this line.)

7 vi. Elizabeth Fairchild was born abt 1823.⁽⁹⁴⁷⁾
