He married Emma Etta McMurray 20 Dec 1894 in Rich Hill, Bates Co., MO.⁽¹²¹⁾ Emma was born 18 Aug 1877 near Altona, Bates Co., MO.⁽¹²²⁾ Emma was the daughter of Daniel Wesley McMurray and Sarah Jane Miller. Emma died 19 May 1958 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., CA, at age 80.⁽¹²³⁾ Emma was divorced from Oliver Rufus Atwell circa 1911 in Kansas City, Jackson Co., MO.

Oliver was employed at organization unknown as a RR Construction ca 1900. Oliver was divorced from Emma Etta McMurray circa 1911 in Kansas City, Jackson Co., MO.

Beth Olga Atwell was born in Westport Landing, Jackson co, MO 5 Mar 1897.⁽¹²⁸⁾ Beth died 1 Dec 1989 in Garland, Dallas Co., TX, at age 92.⁽¹²⁹⁾ She married Herbert Charles Bleil 11 Jul 1919 in Lee's Summit, Jackson Co., MO.⁽¹³⁰⁾ Herbert was born 4 Aug 1897 in Urich, Henry Co., MO.⁽¹³¹⁾ Herbert was the son of Edgar Joseph Bleil and Lottie Mae Mills. She was cremated 4 Dec 1989 in Dallas, Dallas Co., TX.
