He married Joan Jentilman 7 Mar 1613 Southwold, Co. Suffolk, ENG.⁽¹¹¹⁷⁾ Joan was the daughter of William Jentilman and Agnes (mnu) Jentilman. Joan died 1630 Southwold, Co. Suffolk, ENG, at age unknown.

John Harrington and Joan Jentilman had the following child:
