He married Amy Reade 1 Sep 1701. Amy was born 3 Mar 1678 in Concord, Middlesex Co., MA.⁽²⁹⁸⁾ Amy was the daughter of Philip Reade, M.D and Abigail Rice. Amy died aft 1746 at age unknown.⁽²⁹⁹⁾

Richard Case and Amy Reade had the following children:

3 i. Amy³ Case was born est 1702. Amy died 22 Feb 1703 at age unknown.⁽³⁰⁰⁾

4 ii. Amy Case was born 3 Mar 1706.

5 iii. Timothy Case was born 16 Mar 1708. He married Sarah Holcomb date unknown.

6 iv. Richard Case was born 1710.⁽³⁰¹⁾ Richard died 12 Apr 1769 at age 58.⁽³⁰²⁾ He married Mercy Holcombe 4 May 1733.⁽³⁰³⁾

7 v. Margaret Case was born 1713. She married twice. She married Jacob Holcombe date unknown. She married Peter Holcombe date unknown.

8 vi. Edward Case was born 5 Mar 1715.

9 vii. Lydia Case was born 15 Mar 1718.

10 viii. Mary Case was born 30 Jan 1722. She married Joshua Dickinson date unknown.
