8. Eli² Luce (Obediah¹) was born in E. Union, Wayne Co., OH 17 Dec 1817.⁽¹³⁹⁸⁾

He married twice. He married Amanda Rogers 21 Jan 1841.⁽¹³⁹⁹⁾ Amanda was born abt 1819.⁽¹⁴⁰⁰⁾ He married Cylinda Frizzel 1864.⁽¹⁴⁰¹⁾ Cylinda was born abt 1844.⁽¹⁴⁰²⁾ Cylinda died 22 Jul 1895 at age 51.

Eli Luce and Amanda Rogers had the following child:

19 i. Fidelia³ Luce was born Abt 1843.⁽¹⁴⁰³⁾ Fidelia died after 1911 at age unknown. She married Joseph Daniels 1863 in Wooster City, Wayne Co., OH.⁽¹⁴⁰⁴⁾ Joseph was born abt 1840.⁽¹⁴⁰⁵⁾ Joseph died 3 Jul 1907 at age 67. (See Joseph Daniels for the continuation of this line.)

Eli Luce and Cylinda Frizzel had the following child:

+ 20 ii. Allen E. Luce was born 14 Jan 1865.
