He married Charity Boyles abt 1777. Charity was born circa 1762. Charity was the daughter of Simon Henry Boyles and Ann Christina (mnu) Boyles. Charity died aft 1777 at age unknown.

Matthew Mills and Charity Boyles had the following child:
