He married Hannah Shirley 15 Mar 1653 in Barnstable, MA.⁽¹⁴²⁷⁾

David Lynnell and Hannah Shirley had the following children:

4 i. Experience³ Lynnell. She married Jabez Davis 20 Aug 1689. Jabez was born est. 1662. Jabez⁽¹⁴²⁸⁾ was the son of John Davis and Hannah Lynnell. Jabez died 1710 at age 48. (See Jabez Davis for the continuation of this line.)

5 ii. Samuel Lynnell was born 15 Dec 1655.

6 iii. Elisha Lynnell was born 1 Jun 1658.

7 iv. Hannah Lynnell was born 15 Dec 1660.
