He married Mary Dodson Heuton est 1745. Mary is the daughter of Allen Heuton and Frances Dodson.

Daniel Neal or O'Neal and Mary Dodson Heuton had the following children:

13 ii. Zephaniah Neal⁽¹⁶¹³⁾ was born ca 1753.⁽¹⁶¹⁴⁾ Zephaniah died bef 8 Oct 1845 in Wilson Co., TN, at age 92.⁽¹⁶¹⁵⁾ He married Elizabeth (Betty) Neal ca 1778 in Bedford Co., VA. Elizabeth is the daughter of Zachariah Neal.

14 iii. Elizabeth (Betty) Neal was born ca 1762.⁽¹⁶¹⁶⁾ Elizabeth died bef 1849 in Stokes Co., NC, at age unknown.⁽¹⁶¹⁷⁾ She married Francis Steele 28 Jun 1784 in Bedford Co., VA. Francis was born 11 Mar 1759 in Albemarle Co., VA.⁽¹⁶¹⁸⁾ Francis died 18 Dec 1840 in Stokes Co., NC, at age 81.⁽¹⁶¹⁹⁾ Francis served in the military ca 1778 in VA.⁽¹⁶²⁰⁾ Francis immigrated to destination unknown 1802.⁽¹⁶²¹⁾

Elizabeth was the spouse of Francis Steele when he immigrated to destination unknown 1802.⁽¹⁶²²⁾

15 iv. Mary Neal was born ca 1766. She married William Varnum 7 Nov 1786 in Bedford Co., VA.⁽¹⁶²³⁾ He resided street unknown, in Washington Co., VA 1813.⁽¹⁶²⁴⁾
