He married Mary Elizabeth Frazier 19 Mar 1861 in Clermont Co., OH.⁽¹⁹⁵⁶⁾ Mary was born ca 1843 in Felicity, Clermont Co., OH.⁽¹⁹⁵⁷⁾ Mary was the daughter of Flavius Josephus Frazier and Susannah Planck.

William W. Waterfield and Mary Elizabeth Frazier had the following children:

11 i. Eliza Belle⁵ Waterfield was born in Felicity, Clermont Co., OH ca 1862.⁽¹⁹⁵⁸⁾ She married Mr. Dickey date unknown.

12 ii. George E. Waterfield was born in Felicity, Clermont Co., OH ca 1863.⁽¹⁹⁵⁹⁾

13 iii. Nida K. Waterfield⁽¹⁹⁶⁰⁾ was born in Felicity, Clermont Co., OH 22 Mar 1867.⁽¹⁹⁶¹⁾ Nida died 5 Jun 1944 in Hutchinson, Reno Co., KS, at age 77.⁽¹⁹⁶²⁾ Her body was interred Aft 5 Jun 1944 in Hutchinson, Reno Co., KS.⁽¹⁹⁶³⁾ She married Charles Ernest Hall 19 May 1891 in Hutchinson, Reno Co., KS.⁽¹⁹⁶⁴⁾ Charles was born 29 Jan 1864 in Van Wert, Van Wert Co., OH.⁽¹⁹⁶⁵⁾ Charles⁽¹⁹⁶⁶⁾ was the son of George A. Hall and Emily Pancoast Chaffin. Charles died 6 Mar 1938 in Gresham, Clackamas Co., OR, at age 74.⁽¹⁹⁶⁷⁾ His body was interred Aft 7 Mar 1938 in Hutchinson, Reno Co., KS.⁽¹⁹⁶⁸⁾ (See Charles Ernest Hall for the continuation of this line.)

Nida was employed 1919, in Hutchinson, Reno Co., KS.⁽¹⁹⁶⁹⁾

14 iv. Richard F. Waterfield was born in Felicity, Clermont Co., OH ca 1871.⁽¹⁹⁷⁰⁾
