B.A. Barber and wife left Saturday evening for Bolivar to spend a week with their son, D.H. Barber. Mrs. Jennie Evans and sons, Merle and Wilbur, visited her son, Otis, at Mersereau's Friday. David Yapp was up from Dodge Creek Saturday. Miss Thrssa Gross is the guest of her sister-in-law, Mrs. Edith Barber, of Ceres. Miss Effie Hamilton of King's Run was the guest of Mrs. Neal Langworthy Saturday and Sunday. Fred Hamilton and wife of Olean were the guests of O.F. Maxson and wife Sunday. Newton Crandall drove up to Eldred Saturday evening and spent Sunday with his mother, Mrs. Cora Walter. The little son of Ira Crandall and wife, who has been sick for over a week, is thought to be improving now. Bruce Van Bront was up from Olean Sunday. Dr. and Mrs. Place were down from ...... The Sabbath School classes of Mrs. Ellen Place and Mrs. Neal Langworthy met Sunday at the home of Mrs. Lang- worthy to raise money for the mission- ary band. Cake and ice cream was served. Roy Carr and wife and Miss Ethel Scott of Shingle House were down Sunday.
