No. 23496 Land Office at Crawfordsville; Dec. 27 1834 It is Hereby Certified, That in pursuance of law, Peter Vannice of Montgomery county, Indiana on this day purchased of the Register of this Office at Crawfordsville, the lot or East Half of South East quarter of section number Twenty one in township number Nineteen North, of range number Three West containing Eighty acres, at the rate of $1.25 per acres, amoungint to $100 for which the said Peter Vannice has made payment in full, as required by law: Now Therefore Be It Known, That on presentation of this certificate tot he Commissioner of the General Land Office, the said Peter Vannice shall be entitled to receive a Patent for the lot above described.
