Another section of same newspaper: Buel Mott, a respected citizen of Dickinson, was seriously injured last Monday by being kicked by a horse. The horse had recently been sharp shod and Mr. Mott's cheek, jaw, nose, and one eye were badly mutilated. He was taken on the afternoon train to the hospital at Ogdensburg, where it was feared for a time that his accident would prove fatal, but later reports are to the effect that he is doing as well as can be expected and will probably recover although he will be somewhat disfigured. -Adirondack News. -------------------------------------------- Malone Telegram March 4, 1954 B.H.
