Smart to the ministry of the Gospel: and in the presence of said Church
proceeded, First to his conversion and call to the ministry as was Aaron to
the Priestly Offices and gave full satisfaction. Second, he believes in the
past life and the Predestination Baptist as contained in the articles of
faith as - - -  by the Round Lick Association and acknowledged the order
thereof, and that a deviation from the faith order here proposed should
render this article null and void and that the Church be no longer
accountable for his election or practice Whereupon we elected most solimny

exort (sic) in the Bounds of the Church. The report of the comity (sic)
regretted by the Church. The Church then say by thar (sic) vote they think
Brother Tally gifts not pofitable (sic) in every way  4. the Church then
proceed to elect thar (sic) delegats (sic) to the Association. elect
Brethren
Lancaster, Wright and Smart in case of failer (sic) J Dedman
5  the Church agree to pospone (sic) the Comunion (sic) for the present
6 contribution to the Association three dollars  the Church appoint
Brethren
Jeb Smart and L Washburn a comity (sic) to see Brother Evans, a Black man,
