November Term 1844. The Church met as usual
a sermon preach'd by Leonard Taylor, the Church set in
Conference a door open,d for the reception of members, none come
forward, no other business come on, so dismiss'd in order.

after an exortation by Brother Cott. and Brother Kelley
sit in Conference Brother Kelliy (sic) stood as Moderator a door

Conference Brother Woodson Chosen Moderator no business

Reception of members, none come forward, no other

April Term 1845. The Church met as usual after
preaching set in Conference a Door open'd for the
Reception of members none Come forward, Rules of Decorum
Read, found in the 4th Article of faith where it said Christ ascended
to Heaven, altered into Heaven, and in the Rules of Decorum
where it said the support of the gospel to Support of
the ministry. so dismiss'd in order.

December Term 1845.  Some few of the Church met five
or six done no business.

January Term 1846.  The Church met as usual after Preaching sit
in Conference a door open’d for the Reception of members none come
forward. References Call’d for the Brethren. Reported that they had
not went to see Brother Powell, being Brother Woodson had died
in the time they thought it was not worth while, so laid it over
until next Conference. Brother Turner and Brother Paris to
nominate to see Brother Powell and report next conference.

February Term  some few of the members met being there was no
Moderator, they did no business.

March Term, 1846. the Church met as usual a sermon preached by
by (sic) Brother Paul Walker, Conference deferd, (sic) being late in the day,
so dismist (sic) in order.

April Term, 1846.  the Church met as usual after Divine
Services set in Conference a door open’d for the reception of members
none came forward, so proceeded to business. Brother Turner and Brother
Paris reported that Brother Powell said he was sorry for the charge
of publickly (sic) circulating the dificulty (sic) betwixt him and Brother Woodson,
also for saying he did not care whether he got a letter or not, the voice
of the church taken, the church say give him a letter and Brother
Turner write us Clerk Potem's sister Charlotte Nickson applied
for a letter of Dismission, it granted, so dismissed.

May Term, 1846. the church met as usual after Divine Service,
set in conference after inviting Brethren to sit with us that visited us a
a (sic) door open’d for the reception of members  none came forward. no business
on hand.  Rules of decorum read, so dismissed .

July Term 1846.  The Church met as usual after divine service,
sat in conference a door opened for the reception of members
none come forward,  proceeded to choose members to represent the
Association. Brother W. Barnett, Brother W. Turner, Brother O. Paris,
chosen to represent the association, and send two dollars to the
Association fund , so dismissed in order.

door open,d for the receoption of members   none come forward. 2nd
the letter to the Association read and received, so dismiss’d

to join the Church they now have the liberty.

November Term 1846.  The church met as usual after divine service,
church sit in conference a door open’d for the reception of members
none come forward. Elizabeth Hunt applied for a letter of dismision (sic)
It was granted, so dismiss’d in order.

March Term   some of the Brethren met after
Divine Service set in conference a door open’d for
the reception of members   none come forward, no
business on hand, so dismiss’d in order.

April Term, 1847  the church met as usual after divine service,
sit in conference a way open’d for the reception of members  none come foreward. 2nd
the Church took it in consideration to send to Sister Alleway and Brother
Wiley Denny and likewise Anderson Paschel  to know the
reason why they absented themselves  so
long from attending to meeting. Brethren Josiah Paris to see Sister Alleway
Brother William Pigg to see Brother Denny and admonish them to their
Sents or give their reasons for not doing so and report next conference
so dismissed in order.

 May Term 1847  The Chruch met as usual after Devine Service
Sat in conference invitation given to any person that felt like joining
the Church in Gospel order to come forward the church was ready to
hear them, none come Refferences (sic) call,d (sic) for Brother Paris reported he had
Seen sister Alleway she said that, She had livid with us as long as
she wanted to and had joins the misionaries, the thought she could enjoy
herself better with them so church say she has occluded herself
Brother Pigg reported that he had seen Brother Denny  and Brother
Paschel, Brother Denny come forward and gave satisfaction to the
Church, Brother Paschal sent satisfaction by the messinger (sic) as nothing
