Concerning the Pancoast family:
Ambrose Sr. (1791-1855 Fdsp.) m. Rebecca Garrison (1795-1873 Fdsp.) (She of David and Katharina Garrison of Deerfield.) 
Believe Ambrose took over the saw mill at the mill pond from Archibald Campbell. The railroad even initiated a stop called Pancoast at Pancoast Mill Rd.
