VARNER KNIPP -- Who were the parents of Varner Knipp? He was married to Christina Where and when were they married?

 EDMUND KNIPP -- I have been searching for information in regards to my 3x great grandfather Edmund Knipp born in 1804 according to his tombstone. I have only been able to locate him on the 1850 Hamilton Co., Il census with last name spelled Nef. Edmund had a son Nathan that was born abt 1837. Edmund maried a Sarah/Sallie Coons in Hamilton Co., Il in 1828 so Nathan must have been from a previous marriage but to whom I dont know. I do not know any more about Edmund's parents or siblings if he had any. According to census info he was born in either VA or TN. anyone with any ideas please email me or my father.
