    Peter Clements (Capt), b. 23 Dec 1738, New York State; d. 22 Dec 1832, ae 94 yrs, Clairmont, Douglas Parish, York Co, NB; bur. Old Burial Ground, Fredericton, York Co, NB. He m. Abigail Julia Palmer, b. ca. 1751; 8 Feb 1834, ae 83 yrs; bur. Old Burial Ground, Fredericton, York Co, NB
    From the Hudson River, NY, rec'd Parrtown lot in 1785, Settled at Clairmont, Parish of St Marys or Douglas, York Co, NB (boundry changes ?). Served in the Kings American Rangers and retired during the Rev. War, and retired with a Capt's half-pay.
    Adam D. Allan became an Ensign in the late 1795, in the Kings New Brunswick Regt, and served until it disbanded in 1802.
