1. Joseph1 Ashley married Elizabeth Percival in Falmouth, Plymouth County, Mass., August 25, 1704. Elizabeth was born in Sandwich, Barnstable County, Mass. September 10, 1675. She was the daughter of James Percival and Mary Rainsford. Elizabeth died in Rochester, Plymouth County, Mass..

Second Generation
2. Jethro2 Ashley (Joseph1) was born in Rochester, Plymouth County, Mass. January 11, 1706. He died in New York.He married Elizabeth Holmes in Rochester, Plymouth County, Mass., June 7, 1728. She was the daughter of Experience Holmes and Patients Nichols.
Jethro Ashley and Elizabeth Holmes had the following child:

Third Generation
3. Noah3 Ashley (Jethro2, Joseph1) was born in Rochester, Plymouth County, Mass. April 14, 1747. Noah died October 2, 1815 in Chatham, Columbia County, New York, at 68 years of age. He married Rebecca Reynolds in Dutchess County, New York, 1770. Rebecca was born in Finkinton, Dutchess County, New York April 22, 1754. Rebecca died August 8, 1822 in Chatham, Columbia County, New York, at 68 years of age.
Noah Ashley and Rebecca Reynolds had the following child:

Fourth Generation
4. James4 Ashley (Noah3, Jethro2, Joseph1) was born in Chatham, Columbia County, New York May 14, 1777. He died February 14, 1824 in Midddlefield, Otsego County, New York, at 46 years of age. He married Eunice Brockway in Columbia County, New York, 1798. Eunice was born in Columbia County, New York February 11, 1780. She was the daughter of Jonah Brockway. Eunice died January 15, 1856 in New York Mills, Oneida County, New York, at 75 years of age.
James Ashley and Eunice Brockway had the following child:
5i. Sarah Ashley5 was born in Chatham, Columbia County, New York December 13, 1800. she died January 14, 1868 in Midddlefield, Otsego County, New York, at 67 years of age. She married Joseph I. Bullis in Midddlefield, Otsego County, New York, January 2, 1820. Joseph was born in Kinderhook, Columbia County, New York AUG 1798. He was the son of Robert J. Bullis and Elsa Walker.
