2. John2 Babcock (John1) was born in Westerly, Washington County, Rhode Island 1669. He died 1746 in Westerly, Washington County, Rhode Island. He married Mary Champlin in Westerly, Washington County, Rhode Island, 1700. Mary was born in Westerly, Washington County, Rhode Island 1676. She was the daughter of William Champlin and Mary Babcock. Mary died 1746 in Westerly, Washington County, Rhode Island.

3 i. Mary Babcock3 was born in Westerly, Washington County, Rhode Island 1716. She married Benjamin Randall in Westerly, Washington County, Rhode Island, October 22, 1735. Benjamin was born in Stonington, New London County, Connecticut 1702. Benjamin was the son of Matthew Randall and Eleanor Unknown . Benjamin died 1744 in Hopkinton, Washington County, Rhode Island.
