She was married to Tobias Althouse in 1843. Tobias Althouse⁽⁸⁷³⁾ died on 18 Jan 1885. Elisabeth Kramer and Tobias Althouse had the following children:

+1067 i. Catharine Althouse⁽⁸⁷⁴⁾ was born on 23 Apr 1832. She died on 24 Apr 1860.
+1068 ii. Samuel K. Althouse⁽⁸⁷⁵⁾ was born on 11 Jun 1837.
+1069 iii. Reuben Althouse⁽⁸⁷⁶⁾ was born on 27 Oct 1840.
