died Saturday at his home. He was born in Concord, the son of Lawrence and
Clara (Audette) Philbrick. He served with the military during World War II in
Australia. Philbrick worked as an electirican for many years. He was a
member of the 197th Field Artillery National Guard and loved flying and
building his own airplanes. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Betty
Philbrick of Sun City, Calif.; three daughters, Nancy Donathan of Mission
Viejo, Calif., Susan Hanson of Rialto, Calif., and Lynn Olive of Corona, Calif.;
six brothers, Larry Philbrick Edward Philbrick, Jack Philbrick, and Harry
Philbrick, all of Concord, Albert Philbrick of Northfield and Jerry Philbrick of
Gulfport, Mich.; a sister, Barbara Miner of Concord; five grandchildren; and
four great-grandchildren. A brother, Paul Philbrick, died in 1981, and another
brother, Richard Philbrick died in 2001; and a sister, Dorothy Buck, died in
2002. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Millar Jones
Mortuary in Sun City, Calif. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
