Eva L. Philbrook, 92, 1600 S. 9th, died Saturday at Asbury Hospital.

Mrs. Philbrook was born September 16, 1873 in Chepstow. She was a graduate of Kansas State College and taught in the Salina public school system until she retired.

Miss Philbrook was a member of the Methodist church.

She is survived by a sister, Grace Philbrook, Washington.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Chapel funeral home, the Rev. Richard B. Wilke officiating. Burial will be at Gypsum Hill Cemetery.
