The funeral for Herbert C. Philbrook, 89, 1600 S. 9th, retired farmer will be at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, at the family home, the Rev. George Richards officiating. Friends may call at the Salina Funeral Home. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Philbrook died at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in Asbury Hospital.

Mr. Philbrook, who was unmarried was born Feb. 6, 1866 in Normal, Ill., and had lived in this vicinity since 1909.

Surviving are two sisters, Eva and Grace E. Philbrook, Salina.

The family requests no flowers be sent.
