RONALD H. PHILBRICK
Coldwater
Ronald H. Philbrick, 57, of Coldwater died Friday, July 21, 2000, in Community
Health Center of Branch County.
He was born Oct. 7, 1942, in Coldwater to Herbert and Evalyn (Johnson)
Philbrick. He graduated from Coldwater High School in 1960 and from Western
Michigan University with a bachelors degree in 1964.
He was a video producer and photographer. In 1968, he and his wife opened the
Carousel Gift Shop. In 1974, he opened his photography studio. In 1976, he added
a bridal shop. In 1988, his photography studio evolved into Q-1 Video and in the
same year he sold the Carousel Gift and Bridal Shop.
He married Martha J. Sprague on June 7, 1964, in Coldwater. She survives.
Also surviving are daughters, Pamela Haberl of Quincy, Kimberly Iwanicki of
Coldwater and Elizabeth Nutt of Bristol, Ind; a son, David Philbrick of Mount
Pleasant; four grandchildren; and a sister, Joan Brewer of Coldwater.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Doris.
VISITATION: 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Putnam Funeral Home of
Coldwater.
SERIVCE: 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Deacon Al Provot officiating.
BURIAL: Oak Grove Cemetery.
MEMORIALS: Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children.
