She lived in Warren Co., Illinois almost all of her life, appearing in the federal census living with spouse in 1900 in District 9, Warren Co., Illinois. In 1920, she appeared in the federal census living with spouse in District 6, Warren Co., Illinois. She died on November 30, 1939 in Monmouth, Warren Co., Illinois. Luella (Louella) May PEDIGO was married to William Edward STONE (son of Woodford STONE of Kentucky and Susan Catherine CLIFTON) on February 2, 1887 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The wedding was performed by Rev. Henry DeLONG. Within a few months, they moved to Monmouth. William Edward STONE was born on August 29, 1864 in Indiana. He appeared in the federal census as head of household in 1900 in District 9, Warren Co., Illinois. He appeared in the federal census as head of household in 1920 in District 6, Warren Co., Illinois, with his occupation listed as carpenter. He died on April 1, 1949 in Monmouth, Warren Co., Illinois. He was buried in Monmouth Cemetery, Monmouth, Warren Co., Illinois.

William Edward STONE was one of nine children born to Woodford and Susan Catherine (CLIFTON) STONE. His siblings were: Charles Alexander (who married Emily Catherine "Emma" PEDIGO), Woodford Marion, Samuel Thomas, George, Mary L. (who married Frank FRYER), Lottie M. (who married Louis CLOUSE), Lilly C. (who married J.L. HALL), and Suzy E. STONE (who married Evan BLACK).

1. Maude May STONE was born on May 25, 1888 in Monmouth, Warren Co., Illinois. She appeared in parents' household in the census in 1900 in District 9, Warren Co., Illinois. She died in April 1974 in Illinois. Maude May STONE was married to Fred Sankey BROWNLEE on May 25, 1909 in Monmouth, Warren Co., Illinois. Fred Sankey BROWNLEE was born on February 14, 1890 in Norwood, Illinois. He died on September 4, 1934 in Galesburg, Knox Co., Illinois.
