HIS FIRST MARRIAGE AND FAMILY:

Willis Franklin PEDIGO was married 1st to Jane (Jennie) DOVE (daughter of Thomas DOVE) on August 2, 1880 in Knox Co., Illinois. Jane (Jennie) (Sarah) DOVE was born on February 28, 1865. She died on December 1, 1895. She was buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Cincinnati, Appanoose Co., Iowa. Willis Franklin PEDIGO and Jane (Jennie) (Sarah) DOVE had the following children:

1.  Maude PEDIGO was born on May 25, 1882 in Scotchtown, Warren Co., Illinois. She died on August 19, 1979. She was married to Elmer A. HOSKINSON (son of Frank HOSKINSON and Mary Kate [HOSKINSON]) on October 6, 1901. Elmer A. HOSKINSON was born on July 30, 1879 in Corning, Adams Co., Iowa. He died on February 18, 1945 in Corning, Adams Co., Iowa. He died at the home of his daughter Myrtle, Mrs. Thurman ALLEN. He was buried on February 22, 1945 in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Maude PEDIGO and Elmer A. HOSKINSON had the following children:

1.1  Myrtle HOSKINSON.  She was married to Thurman "Bill" ALLEN. 1.2  Edna HOSKINSON. She was married to Carl WEST. 1.3  Eunice HOSKINSON. She was married to Dr. Franz HENKEL. 1.4. Maxine HOSKINSON. She was married to Joe PICKRELL.  1.5. Margarey HOSKINSON. She was married to Clarence RUSSELL.

2.  William Thomas "Willie" PEDIGO was born on November 16, 1883 in Monmouth, Warren Co., IL. He died on October 9, 1963 in Sioux Falls, Minnehaha Co., South Dakota. He was buried in Sioux Falls, Minnehaha Co., South Dakota. He was married to Effie Jane McALISTER (daughter of David McALISTER and Susan DERR) on April 24, 1913 in Waterville, Marshall Co., Kansas. They celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary in 1963. Effie Jane McALISTER was born on December 3, 1889 in Waterville, Marshall Co., Kansas. She was died in August 1983 and was buried in Sioux Falls, Minnehaha Co., South Dakota. William Thomas "Willie" PEDIGO and Effie Jane McALISTER had the following children:

2.1. Eva Mae PEDIGO.  (living)
2.2  Laverne William PEDIGO was born on November 30, 1921 in Parker, Turner Co., SD. He died on October 6, 1996 in Sioux Falls, Minnehaha Co., South Dakota. He married three times.
2.3  Audrey Hazel PEDIGO was born on August 15, 1924 in Parker, Turner Co., South Dakota. She died on March 18, 1978 in Stockton, California. She never married.  

3.  Jessie Pearl PEDIGO was born on November 25, 1886 in Scotchtown, Warren Co., Illinois. She moved to Rapid City, South Dakota to live with her daughter and family in 1960. She died on February 15, 1982 in Kearney, Nebraska. She was buried in Hurley Cemetery, Hurley, Turner Co., South Dakota.She was married to Ernest Wright PERRYMAN on January 17, 1909 in Nordaway, , Iowa. Ernest Wright PERRYMAN was born on July 18, 1885 in Iowa. He died in January 1954. Jessie Pearl PEDIGO and Ernest Wright PERRYMAN had the following children: 3.1  Doris Burneil PERRYMAN.  (living).

HIS SECOND MARRIAGE AND FAMILY:

Willis Franklin PEDIGO was married 2nd to Sarah Myrtilda "Myrtie" BICKFORD (daughter of Eli BICKFORD and Abigail PERRY) on August 2, 1898, almost three years following the death of his first wife. Sarah Myrtilda "Myrtie" BICKFORD was born on July 15, 1871 in Corning, Adams Co., Iowa.  After Willis' death, Myrtie Pedigo returned to Hurley where she lived with her daughter, Hazel PIPER until the elder's death on September 10, 1957. She was buried in Hurley, Turner Co., South Dakota. Willis Franklin PEDIGO and Sarah Myrtilda "Myrtie" BICKFORD had the following children:

4.  Glenn Eli PEDIGO was born on May 6, 1899 in Corning, Adams Co., Iowa. He died on February 26, 1995 in Cherokee, Iowa, and was buried there in Mount Calvary Cemetery.  He was married to Louise Anna CONROY (daughter of Thomas CONROY and Cecelia SMITH) on April 24, 1920 in Davis, Turner Co., South Dakota. Louise Anna CONROY was born on June 18, 1900 in Halber, Carroll Co., Iowa. She died in 1957 in Sioux Falls, Minnehaha Co., South Dakota. Glen Eli PEDIGO and Louise Anna CONROY had the following children:

4.1  Eleanor PEDIGO.  (living)
4.2  Helen Louise PEDIGO.  (living)

Glen Eli PEDIGO was married 2nd to Katharine MEIR after 1957. Katharine MEIR was from Hardington, Nebraska.

5.  Hazel PEDIGO was born on June 19, 1904. She died in 1955. She was married to Elvin Leroy PIPER (son of George H. PIPER and Mary E. [PIPER]) on August 22, 1922. Elvin Leroy PIPER was born on March 22, 1901 in Center Point, Turner Co., South Dakota. He died in January 1937 in Sioux Falls, Minnehaha Co., South Dakota.  He was buried in Hurley Cemetery, Hurley, Turner Co., South Dakota.
