Release McGuire to McGuire et al.

Know all men by these present that I, William McGuire eldest son of John McGuire late of Derry Township in the County of Westmoreland,in consideration of the natural love and affection which I have and bear toward my brethern and sisters and for other good causes and valuable considerations me hereunto moving Have and hereby do remise, release and forever quit claim to my said Brethern & sisters to wit - Jane who intermarried with Walter Ferguson, Martha, Sarah, Mary, James, Samuel, Elizabeth and Nancy McGuire, their heirs and assigns. All my right,title and interest whatsoever whereof my late father died seized or possessed so that neither I myself nor nay other person claiming under me my claim, challenge or demand interest therein but shall be forever excluded by these presents. Witness my hand & seal this twenty second day of April one thousand eight hundred and fourteen.

Allegheny County, City of Pittsburgh. Personally appeared before me the subscriber one of the alderman of the city of Pittsburgh, Thomas McGuire who being duly sworn according to law deposed & saith that he was present at the execution of the foregoing Indenture that he signed his name thereto as a witness and that he saw William McGuire the grantor therein mentioned sign, seal and execute the same. Given under my hand and & seal this 10th day of September in the year 1839. Recorded the 20th day of August 1839.
