I have found and reviewed the microfilm of the source of this information. It was printed in the Greensboro, Alabama, newspaper the Alabama Beacon, February 5, 1864.
 

 

There is a typed transcript of this page at the Alabama Department of Archives and History, Montgomery, Alabama,with  a handwritten annotation appearing at the bottom of page two stating,  "From The Alabama Reason, Feb. 5, 1864.]" Greensboro, Ala."
