Josiah married (1) Frances Roberts, daughter of Isaac Roberts and Elizabeth Davis. Frances was born about 1800 in SC. She died about 1865 in Murray Co., GA.
They had the following children:

He died 27 Dec 1862. + 4 F iii Susan Parrott. + 5 F iv Elizabeth Parrott was born 1830. + 6 F v Nancy Parrott was born Jan 1831 and died 6 Jan 1904. + 7 M vi Orange Parrott was born 3 Jun 1833 and died 14 May 1915. + 8 M vii Isaac Pinkney Parrott was born 1836 and died 25 Feb 1863. 9 M viii William Henry Parrott was born 1838.
Josiah also married (2) Eliza Emily Clark. Eliza was born 1834.
