Will of Constance Otridge 1965 Source: w2: Principal Probate Registry Wills. (738) PPR Will Transcript: This is the last Will and Testamant of me Constance Otridge of The Eventide Home 36 Lancaster Road Southport in the County of Lancaster Widow. I REVOKE all testamentary instruinents heretofore made by me. I APPOINT Frank Alfonso RobInson of 36 Lancaster Road aforesaid to be the sole Executor of this my Will and for his trouble I give to him the sum of Twenty pounds. Subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all the rest and residue of my estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my daughter Mary Christine Stephenson of 108 Parkdale Road Sheldon Birmingham 26 for her own use and benefit absolutely. Lastly I desire that my remains shall be interred in the grave at Birkdale belonging to the aforesaid Eventide Home. AS WITNESS my hand this Twelfth day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and sixty five. SIGNED by the said Testatrix Constance Otridge as and for her last Will in the presence of us both present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses ????
