Will of Elizabeth Oatridge 1858 Source: w2: Principal Probate Registry Wills. PPR Will Transcript (1575) This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Oatridge of Oaksey in the County of Wilts Spinster I give devise and bequeath unto my Sister Sarah Oatridge of Oaksey aforesaid Spinster All the property of which I shall die siezed or possessed or be entitled to dispose of at the time of my decease both real and personal to hold the same unto and to the use of my said sister Sarah Oatridge her executors administrators and assigns according to the natures and qualities thereof respectively (subject only to the payment of my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses) to and for her and their own absolute use benefit and disposal And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Sister Sarah Oatridge sole Executrix of this my Will and revoking all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Oatridge the testatrix have to this my Will subscribed my name this twenty fifth day of March One thousand eight hundred and fifty eight - Elizabeth Oatridge - Signed at the foot or end thereof by the said Elizabeth Oatridge the testatrix as and for he Will in the presence of us as Witnesses each of us being present at the same time and as such Witnesses we attest and subscribe her Will in her presence each of us being also present at the same time - John Oatridge Carpenter Chelworth Crudwell Mary Gibbons Oaksey Spinster (3 Folios) A correct copy (signed) Unreadable District RegistrarUpdated on 16 Mar 2006
