C B "BILL' HOLSTEIN, 66, OF 304 FIFTH AVE, Glasgow, died Sept. 16, 1992, at home after a long illness of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig's Disease). He was a lifelong resident of Kanawha County, a retired conductor for C&O Railway with 39|5 years of service, member of VFW Daniel Boone Post 5578, Madison, an Army veteran of World War II and a Protestant.
