Misc. Notes
He appeared on a tax roll in 1759, 1762, and 1764 at Plumstead Township, Bucks Co, PA.
599William Huddleston and his brother, Daniel moved to Bedford County, Virginia with all their children, some of whom were adults, about 1770. From there they went into Kanawha Valley in West Virginia about 1785-90.
He appeared on a tax roll in 1789 at Bedford Co, VA; Listed on Bedford Co, VA 1789 Personal Tax Roll page A05.
599Although numerous descendants of Daniel are yet in the Kanawha Valley area, William's descendants, except for his daughters, seem to have disappeared from the Valley within a few years after his death. They are believed to have scattered into the then new States of the Central West and Southwest. The numerous groups now in those States are derived from them.

Ref
18,599 has his birth year as 1734 with
18,599 indicating “6 July”; unless they were twins this seems unlikely since his brother Nathan was born in August of that year. There is no mention in any records or research that WIlliam and Nathan are twins. I therefore speculate that William was born in the “7th month of 1733” which would be September 1733. [2007Jun3 PDA]]
