All estate to wife and children. Elizabeth Davis, John Evans and Mary Evan during her widowhood. To grandson Thomas Evans, my plantation I now live on containing 200 acres, when 21 and if he die under age the to be divided between rest of the children. To son in law John Evans and wife Mary, the other 200 acres during life and afterwards to whom the survivor shall think best. Letter C. T. A. to Elizabeth Davis.
