306William Weeks was born in 1778 and marries Elizabeth Franklin in the Bedford area. They have a daughter Charlotte and 3 sons. Elizabeth dies in 1811.
On April 16, 1815, William marries for a second time to Siner Adams, who is listed as the daughter of a John Adams. This is an unconfirmed relation to the presidential Adams family.
William serves in the War of 1812. He and Siner have children: William, Susan, Peter, Tyree Fristo, James, and another son, unnamed.

5461810 census shows WILLIAM WEEKS as being the head of the household and his children with Elizabeth Franklin are indicated. Charlotte their daughter, is under age 10, as are the two younger sons. The oldest son is marked at age 10-16.
546In 1833, William bought 800 acres of land on Aarons branch of Little Otter River in Bedford Co, VA. He then mortgaged it a year later.
5461840 Census records for Bedford Co lists William as 62 years of age, Siner as 46, and their children are listed as William (determined born in 1817), Susan (age-20-30), Peter (as age 20-30), TYREE FRISTO WEEKS, born October 23, 1823, marked as age 15-20. There are two other sons, one unnamed, age 10-15, and one, James M, age 5-10. A later census record indicates that he was born in 1832. Siner was 38 when she gave birth to James. This was Siner’s last child.
In the 1840 census, none of Elizabeth Franklin's children are living with William and Siner.

William Weeks, vs Robert Claytor, Arthur and others to collect legacy of his wife, Siner, Siner being one of the heirs of her brother, James Adams, who had married Elizabeth C Thompson, Elizabeth's legacy from her father was 2 slaves, and the profits from land. The land, in Franklin County, was to be managed by her brother, Tyree D Thompson, When James, married Elizabeth, all this came to him, and then to his heirs, 10 in number, one being William Week's wife Siner, William transferred their interest to Davis and Co, and the court ordered the slaves and land sold, and appointed William Weeks as receiver of the money, when collected. Each share was $108.60 1/2 plus $86.21 1/10
