230Recorded in Will Book No 4 on page 105, Campbell County, August 1819: Ordered that William Whitlow, Robert Monroe, John Monroe, and William Foster or any three of them being first duly sworn be a Justice of the Peace do appraise in Current money the personal Estate of Littleberry Epperson, Jr.dec'd and return an Inventory to Court.
A Copy Test Jno Alexander D C Campbell County To wit, The Within named Robert Monroe, John Monroe and Wm. Foster three of the appraisers of the within order was duly sworn before me a Justice of the peace for the County aforesaid in due form of Law this 10th day of September 1819.
