CENSUS RECORDS: He was 38 in 1930, married the first time when he was 19, living in Salem, Livingston, Kentucky.

NOTES: Right before Robert Fraley died he told his daughter-in-law Juanita Fraley that he had been married one other time over in Missouri. Juanita said that Grandpa went back and forth to Missouri quite often. Robert married Mary Belt on 25 February 1923 and she had their daughter 27 February 1923 (The little girl who they named May died the same day just a few hours later.) Then on 14 October 1923 he married Earline LEE over in Kewanee, Missouri. When Bob married Earline LEE, it says that the fathers of both parties gave there consent for marriage. (But Bob would have been 31 years old not under 21 years old??? I think John Frala, Robert's brother was probably acting like he was Robert's father. Robert was back in Kentucky before too long as he and Mary had a son born 2 September 1924. It is unknown what happened to Earline. Maybe she found out about Mary in Kentucky and had her marriage annulled. Have not been able to find any record of her after the marriage.
