Mary WRIGHT of Hanover, passed away at Hanover and District Hospital on Thursday, June 1, 1995. She was 84.

Mrs WRIGHT was born in Bentinck Township to the late Alexander and Sarah BLACK.

She was an active member and past president of Trinity U.C.W., past secretary of Grey Presbyterial U.C.W., and was president of the Hanover Hospital Auxiliary 1948-1954, declared a life member by the Ontario Hospital Association in 1972 and in total would serve 60 years of service with the Hanover Hospital Auxiliary.

Mrs. WRIGHT is survived by her hsuband Arthur and a daughter Elizabeth "Betty" THOMPSON and her husband John of Prince Albert, Sask and a grandson Colin.

Visitation was held Sunday, June 4, 1995, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover.

A funeral service was held Monday, June 5, 1995, 2p.m. at Grace United Church, Hanover.

Interment in Hanover Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Doug Bentley, Al Morrow, John Chapman, Brian Kirkham, Earl Park and Morris Magwood.

Memorial donations to the Hanover and District Hospital Foundation or charity of one's choice were appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
