DICKSON - John Wallace (Wally) Dickson, late of Tregarva (SK), died peacefully at the Pasqua Hospital on January 26, 2000, in his 84^th year. He was born on the family farm on June 11, 1916 and farmed there until his death. Wally was predeceased by his parents, Samuel and Muriel, brothers-in-law Al Edwards and George Howland. Wally will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 60 years Bertha, daughters Gail (Rick) Murton and Muriel Dickson (Lee Brady), son Brian (Linda) Dickson; grandchildren Tracy and Ryan Murton, Cherie Dickson and Mike (Michelle) Dickson; great-grandchildren Brandon and Daemon Dickson; sisters Eva Howland, Helen Edwards and Hazel (Arnold) Omoth; sister-in-law Anna (Edgar) Busby, brother-in-law Harold (Eunice) Jorgensen as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2000 at 1:30 p.m. in St. Andrew's United Church, 1475 Athol St., Regina, SK, with Mary Beth Nicks Barbour officiating. Interment will follow in Tregarva Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, friends who so wish may make memorial donations to Brora United Church, Box 12, R.R. #1, Regina, SK, S4P 2Z1.
