September 4, 1999: Added a few of the "women folk."
September 3, 1999: Another twig to my family's tree today.
September 2, 1999: Decided the "miner" was far more appropriate to represent the Research Page. Made adjustments accordingly. Uploaded new color bars.
September 1, 1999: Posted Second Tier Groups, "Families" and "Research Corner." Frames. Working on Family Group Sheets for Baltimore, Sandwich and short write up on Taunton.
August 28, 1999: Created Rootsweb directories. Posted the first files. Chris Baer graciously posted Bank's sketch of the Presbury Family at the Vineyard site. Updated Web Site listing. Added reference from that work about Stephen Presbury, London 1607 to Who's This? Rec'd written package about various early Presbury lines. Haven't posted the information to the site as yet. Reponse to query about Baltimore cemetery posted at the GenConnect query board. Hope to have the pages ready to go and open by Labor Day.
August 27, 1999: Obtained "goldscroll" from Hy Libby, its author. Inserted each page. Still looking for assitance to install frames. Re-mapped the page, "Who's This?" Rec'd responses to a few more query requests. Worked on Sandwich branch files, logged four more texts on the Record page.
August 25, 1999: Spun off the Registry (Sandwich); splitting the first four generations into family pages. Still researching for family listings on Taunton and Baltimore branches. Pulled Presbury only census index lists. Interesting that the largest grouping (for all years to 1860) was Maryland (48); Massachusetts second at 45. Pulled Early New England Presbury Marriages from existing web site. Site now 26 pages; 55 files. All pages on temporary web site. Need to figure out how to "publish" to the new Rootsweb address. Sent e-mail for assistance to set up frames on the site.
August 24, 1999: Re-drafted links to speed up the loading of the pages; eliminated most graphics. Collected references for census records. Established a starting point for the family clusters: Taunton, Baltimore, Sandwich, Bradford, Portsmouth, Other Domestic, Abroad. Added several more references to the Resources Page.
August 23, 1999: Deleted draft references where e-mail address no longer valid. Drafted links to the Presbury boards. Drafted web page for the Sandwich branch. Moved appropriate queries.
August 21, 1999: Identified a number of queries and internet sites. Three hundred and eight sites from Excite Search; perhaps 30 are genealogical sites by separate researchers. With permission have copied a number of queries to a temporary web page. Several e-mail addresses invalid (information not posted). Will move to GenConnect boards when approved. Drafted internet web site page and sent request for link to each web site author. Need to re-categorize the Resources page.
