Services Held for Mrs. Bean
   Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday for Mrs. Osa Conway Bean, who died April 1 [1966] at Pioneers Nursing Home in Rocky Ford. She was 85. Burial was in Valley View Cemetery.
   Mrs. Bean was born May 21, 1880 in Morris county, Kan. the daughter of David and Mary Elizabeth Bond. She had lived in Crowley County since 1910.
   Her husband, William F. Bean, preceded her in death. She leaves one son, Everttt Bean of Ordway, and four daughters, Mrs. Maudie Hall of Ely, Nev., Mrs. Mary Peyton of Ordway, Mrs. Ruth Horton of Brawley, Calif., and Miss Flora Bean of Pueblo. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Anna Soderberg of Wichita, Kan.
