Leona May (Todd) Bond

   Leona May Bond died in Ulysses, Kan., on Dec. 18. The long-time Crowley County resident had moved to Kansas in 1981.
   Mrs. Bond was born July 15, 1911 in Taloga, Okla., to William and Amy (Main) Todd. She married Orville S. Bond on March 27, 1927 in Taloga. The couple moved west to Crowley until his death in May of 1962.
   Services were held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 21, at the Ordway Baptist Church. Burial was in Valley View Cemetery.
   She was preceded in death by her husband. She is survived by a son; three daughters; 11 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
