Donald Royal Armstrong

   NEODESHA -- Don R. Armstrong, 81, of Neodesha, died Wednesday at the Wilson County Hospital.
   Cremation has taken place. The Loran Fawcett Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
   Mr. Armstrong was born July 24, 1906, in Hilltop, Kan., the son of Elliot and Luetta (Bohnet) Armstrong.
   On June 12, 1942, in Garden City, he married Ruby E. Johnson.
   Mr. Armstrong was a retired oil field worker employed by Sohio Oil Co. He moved to Neodesha from Wichita in 1984.
   Survivors include his wife, Ruby, of the home; one son; one brother, Maurice E. of Wichita; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
   One sister and two brothers are deceased.
   A memorial has been established in his name to the Lifeline at Wilson County Hospital.
