Illa Leona (Phillips) Armstrong

   Illa L. Armstrong, 80, a homemaker and former Madison resident, died September 27, 1995, at Wichita. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Elliott Armstrong.
   She is survived by a nephew and four nieces.
   Cremation has taken place. Broadway Mortuary of Wichita was in charge of services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kansas Humane Society.
