   Colorado Springs, Colo. -- Maruice Elliott Armstrong, 84, Wichita, died May 17, 1994, at Penrose Hospital, Colorado Springs, CO.
   He was born March 3, 1910, in Madison, the son of Elliott Alexander and Louetta Bohnet Armstrong.
   He married Illa Leona Phillips on Sept. 15, 1934. She survives.
   He retired from the Graves Truck Lines as a transportation superintendent in 1978. He also worked for Standard Oil of Indiana for 14 years.
   Surviving with his wife are nieces and nephews.
   The body was cremated, and no services planned. The Swan Law Funeral Directors in Colorado Springs, was in charge of arrangements.
