Luetta Nettie (Bohnet) Armstrong

   Mrs. Luetta Armstrong, 87, died May 23 at the Wilson County hospital at Neodesha of complications and old age. She had been ill 7½ months.
   Mrs. Armstrong was a former resident of Madison and vicinity for 36 years, moving from Madison to Neodesha September 1, 1945.
   She was Miss Luetta Bohnet before her marriage to Elliott A. Armstrong September 20, 1891 in rural Ottawa, Kansas. She was born May 22, 1868 at Lowell, Ohio. She came to Kansas with her family when she was two years old. Mr. Armstrong preceded her in death December 3, 1929.
   Surviving her death are her children, Mrs. Albert McMurray, Neodesha; Joe C. Armstrong, La Junta, Colo.; Donald R. Armstrong, Gorham; and Maurice E. Armstrong, Wichita; a sister, Miss Emma Bohnet of Ottawa; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Her parents, three sons and a brother preceded her in death also.
   Mrs. Armstrong was a member of the Neodesha Methodist church.
   Funeral services were held May 25 at the William Fawcett Funeral Home in Neodesha. Interment was at Mt. Olive cemetery at Pittsburg.
