 Charles Leroy "Doc" Waxham Charles "Doc" Waxham was the only son of Dr. Charles H. and Hettie Louise (Gebler) Waxham. In his youth he was called "Little Doc" after his father, and the nickname stuck with him. Charles was a chauffeur in Denver before becoming a machinist for the Holly Sugar Company. He married Edna Mae Greene in Delta, Colorado and they transferred to Holly Sugar Company's factory in Swink, Colorado. Charles died at the age of 97 in Rocky Ford, Colorado. |
